Lori Hillman

Lori Hillman is manager of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for Health Net, Inc. She has more than 15 years of investor relations, corporate communications and project management experience.

Ms. Hillman joined Health Net in August 1994 and transitioned to the Investor Relations and Corporate Communications department in 1996. She has held several roles of increasing responsibility including communications specialist, senior communications manager and her current position.

Ms. Hillman's responsibilities include financial and competitive analysis, Health Net's annual report, the company's Investor Relations website and Investor Day event, and overseeing the editing, approval and issuance of all company press releases. Ms. Hillman was instrumental in establishing the company's IR website in the late 1990s. Additionally, she was a key member of the teams responsible for launching Health Net's mission, vision and goals and redesigning the company's Intranet site.

Prior to Health Net, Ms. Hillman worked for various law firms in California and Texas, concentrating on business litigation, insurance defense and probate.

Ms. Hillman is a member of both the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and NIRI's Los Angeles Chapter. She was elected to the NIRI Los Angeles Chapter board of directors in 2014 to serve on the communications committee. Ms. Hillman is actively involved in local youth soccer programs and also serves on the board of directors of Right Road Kids, a nonprofit organization with a mission to inspire and work with children to build self-esteem, character, confidence, talents and life skills.

Ms. Hillman received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
